A Hero's Memorial
My grandpa Weston died last week at the age of almost 85 years. His funeral was yesterday and this slide show captures everything that took place during the grave site service. He was a verteran of World War II and was given full honors at his burial. The family viewing and funeral at the chapel took place earlier that day. I will miss him dearly. He is my hero.

The final stages Monte Claire: Lot #8
My dad and mom are at the final stretch of completing house #3. These are just a few shots of the outside front and master bedroom. Today they were pouring the driveways. I plan to add more photos next week as the rest of the cabinets, granite counters and landscape are completed. The wood floors and appliances are last.

April Showers

We've had great weather, but today it decided to rain. By total coincidence I bought Wes some funny rubber boots at the Wal-Mart yesterday (because he could put them on by himself and they remind me of Napoleon). Today, Josh wanted to get a pair too. Jordan told me that hopefully the boys could still wear them next year when it will actually rain, but on the way home it started to rain!
Trip to New Orleans 1/08
In January, Jordan and I went to New Orleans for the BCS Bowl game.(Allstate was a sponsor) We did an all day tour with sights of the French Quarter, the hurricane devastation, the San Fran. plantation, the tomb cemetery and a swamp boat ride. We took the trolley to the beautiful homes (the Garden district), ate some french donuts and sold our football tickets on craig's list.(We went to dinner at Bubba Gump's instead.)

Week with the Cousins
We had the Waite brothers come stay with us this week. The weather was great and we captured great pictures. Lots of backyard fun, going to the park, playing in the sprinklers, riding bikes, break dancing in our pjs and sparklers before bedtime.
Trip to Australia Mar/ Apr 2008
Jordan and I went to Australia for the Chairman's Conference with Allstate. We went to see the Blue Mountains, tour the Sydney Opera House, and went to the Sydney Temple. We also went on a dinner cruise in the Sydney Harbor. We visited the beautiful beaches, but only for a short time. (The beaches are "swim top optional")
Australia Concert
We had a gala dinner inside the Sydney Opera House. After the dinner we had a suprise concert by Keith Urban and then fire works over the harbor.
Camping/ Tahoe 07
I've been trying to get a side show on a post. These are pictures from camping trips last year. We went to Tahoe city in June and Grover's hot springs in July. Jordan and the other brother-in-laws go horseback camping Labor Day weekend every year. (like the "City Slickers" movie)

Easter Picture 2008

I always get the boy's pictures taken in February the same time as Joshua's birthday pictures so I only have to go once.
